I absolutely LOVE my new Audi A6! From the minute I walked in to browse I was welcomed by Hector and treated with such kindness and professionalism! Hector educated me about the new Audi A6 and answered all my questions! He truly made my husband and I feel confident about our decision to purchase this beautiful car and drive it right off the showroom floor! Hector has been available when I needed assistance and consistently checks to make sure everything is going well! I am truly grateful for the entire experience!

My visit to this car dealership in Lubbock was disappointing. Initially, Michael, the salesperson, was helpful. I was interested in upgrading my BMW to an Audi, test-driving an S5 and a pre-owned GT Etron. While I was test driving the S5, another person showed interest in the GT Etron but didn't purchase it. When I wanted to test drive the Etron, the salesperson informed me that I could only do so after completing a credit application based of his manager’s saying. The manager, Nic Niglio, seemed to judge my financial capacity based on my appearance and race, refusing the test drive without a credit check. This experience was the worst I've encountered at any dealership in Lubbock. They insisted on a credit check before finalizing any decision on a car or price. I strongly advise considering other dealerships of Cavenders like BMW, Mercedes, or out-of-town Audi dealers in Dallas, Austin, or Albuquerque, where people aren't judged based on appearance or race and aren't pressured into a credit check before final decisions are made. I won't be recommending this showroom to anyone, including friends and family. If there was option, I would give 0 star to the manager and 4 star to Michael for trying.

I pulled up in a tin can of a rental car. Instead of judging me for the car, Michael treated me with respect. I told him what I was looking for and he knew the cars that would be close to what I wanted. Unlike many dealerships in town he never asked about my husband or if he would be joining us. I was impressed with Michael’s knowledge of cars and his easy way of explaining features. I enjoyed the buying experience with him as my salesperson.

Just bought my new Infiniti at Audi Lubbock and the experience was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Diego, our salesman, was great. He made sure I got into the vehicle I wanted. Leroy in finance helped me get the best deal possible and I left with a deal I was happy about. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here. They definitely take care of you. Ask for Diego he'll make you feel right at home.

These professionals are very pleasant to deal with and they look out for your best interests! They will find what you are looking for as well as what's in your budget!
